Alan Oliver, British 1937-

Artist's Biography

Alan Oliver is a professional artist painting mainly landscapes and topographical subjects. Primarily a watercolourist for many years, he now also works in acrylic, pastel and oil. Alan has been painting for over 40 years and has been a professional artist for the last 25 years. He has exhibited extensively at the Royal Institute of Watercolour Painters, the Royal Watercolour Society, The Pastel Society, the Royal Oil Institute and the Royal Academy. He is currently President of the Leicestershire Pastel Society. He has also had five books of his work published.
